Terms and Conditions: 

 

1. Booking and Reservation

1.1. To confirm a booking with Frown Upside Down Photo Booth, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the event is required. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service.

1.2. The reservation is confirmed once the deposit is received and a booking confirmation is sent to the client.

 

2. Deposit Policy

2.1. The deposit is non-refundable. However, if the client needs to reschedule the service date, the deposit may be applied to the new date, subject to availability.

2.2. To reschedule, the client must notify Frown Upside Down Photo Booth in writing at least 3 days prior to the original service date.

2.3. If the client cancels the booking entirely and does not wish to reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited.

 

3. Rescheduling and Date Change

3.1. The client may request to change the service date by contacting Frown Upside Photo Booth (fudphotobooth@gmail.com) in writing.

3.2. Date changes are subject to availability. Frown Upside Down Photo Booth will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date but cannot guarantee availability.

3.3. If the new service date involves additional services or upgrades, the client will be responsible for any extra costs.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. If the client cancels the booking less than 3 days before the original service date, the full balance of the contract is due.

4.2. If the client cancels the booking more than 14 days before the original service date, the deposit will be forfeited, but any additional payments beyond the deposit will be refunded.

 

5. Liability and Responsibilities

5.1. The client is responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that the venue meets the requirements for the service setup.

5.2. Frown Upside Down Photo Booth is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services.

5.3 This includes, but is not limited to, any issues related to service performance, venue conditions, or technical malfunctions.
